Our company name ‘Seira’ means precision screws. Since our establishment in 1935, we have been experts in manufacturing precision screws. As to thread rolled screws, we are capable of producing in a wide range of sizes.
Precision of thread-rolled screws depends on the precision of the diametrical size of blanks. In
our company, we control the allowance of the diameter of blanks within 0.01mm. In cases where a higher level of precision is required, we grind blanks before thread-rolling. We inspect each and every product using screw micrometers, three-wire gauges or screw gauges as the case may be in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
